Sophia is one of the welcoming faces you'll meet at the front desk!

 

Sophia’s love for animals started early in life, growing up in a home filled with pets that nurtured her passion for animal care. Over the years, she’s cared for all kinds of animals including bunnies, chickens, and more gaining hands-on experience that has shaped her compassionate approach. Her beloved fur siblings, a cockapoo named Bailey and a tuxedo cat named Felix, bring her joy and inspiration every day. 

 

Sophia is currently studying at York University in the Concurrent Education program, where she is working toward her goal of becoming a teacher.

 

With years of personal experience handling and caring for animals, Sophia brings a compassionate and attentive energy to the team. Whether it’s greeting clients or ensuring their furry companions feel safe and comfortable, she takes pride in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.
